Daniel J Voellm, MRICS, CEO & Founder of AP Hospitality Advisors, is based in Hong Kong and has +20 years of experience in various hotel and resort markets across 25 countries in the region. Daniel works closely with key institutional and private owners, lenders, operators, developers, and investors, and has gained a strong understanding of their different decision-making criteria. He advises on asset management, valuation, and feasibility studies from individual properties to master plans.
Daniel is vice-chair of the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Hospitality Development Council in Asia Pacific and became a Professional Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 2016.
